Further to the Communiqué issued on 30 May 2026, the Board of Directors of SBM Holdings Ltd (“the Company”) reminds its Shareholders that the 16th Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Friday 26 June 2026 at 10h00 at J&J Auditorium, Grace Centre Foundation, Sayed Hossen Street, Phoenix, Republic of Mauritius.

The Board of Directors is pleased to inform its Shareholders that complimentary shuttle facilities will be available as follows:

* The shuttle shall also pass through the Phoenix Mall Bus Station situated near the car park entrance.

Return shuttle services will also be provided from the J&J Auditorium as from 12h00.
