Dear Valued Customers,

To continue enjoying a secure and seamless SBM Tag experience, customers using compatible iOS, Android or Huawei devices are kindly requested to upgrade to the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery, as applicable, before Saturday 05 September 2026.

The current version will no longer be accessible after this date. We therefore encourage you to update the app at your earliest convenience to avoid any interruption to your mobile banking services.

For iOS users only: following the update, Face ID or Touch ID will need to be reactivated. This can be done by:
1.    Update SBM Tag to version 5.2.23 from the Apple App Store.
2.    Open the application and log in using your usual credentials.
3.    Re-enable Face ID or Touch ID from the biometric authentication settings in SBM Tag.

Once reactivated, biometric login can be used as usual.
