At the meeting held on 30 March 2026, the Board of Directors of SBM Holdings Ltd has approved the payment of a dividend of 45 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 05 June 2026. The dividend will be paid on 26 June 2026 subject to regulatory approval.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 02 June 2026 and ex-dividend as from 03 June 2026.
