SBM HOLDINGS LTD

At the meeting held on 20 March 2025, the Board of Directors of SBM Holdings Ltd has approved the payment of a dividend of 50 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 22 May 2025. The dividend will be paid on 19 June 2025 subject to regulatory approval.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 19 May 2025 and ex-dividend as from 20 May 2025.
