Further to the Communiqué issued on 28th March 2025, the Board of Directors of SBM Holdings Ltd (“SBMH”), the ultimate holding entity of SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd (“SBMBM” or “the Bank”), wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Board of SBMBM at its meeting held today, Wednesday 03rd December 2025, has terminated the contract of employment of Mr Premchand Mungar, the Chief Executive of SBMBM, effective 02nd December 2025.
