Further to the Communiqué issued on 14 April 2025 advising on the appointment of Mr Rohit Ramnawaz as Chairman of the Board of SBM Holdings Ltd (“SBMH” or “the Company”) and following his appointment as the Director General of the Mauritius Revenue Authority as from 8 July 2025, the Board of Directors of SBMH wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that Mr Rohit Ramnawaz has resigned as Chairman of the Board of SBMH, effective as from 11 July 2025 .
The Board of Directors extends its gratitude to Mr Rohit Ramnawaz for his valuable contribution and commitment to the SBM Group during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of SBMH and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.
The Board of Directors will inform its shareholders and the public in general of the appointment of the new Chairman of the Board of SBMH in due course.
