Convenience: In addition to processing eCommerce transactions in Mauritian Rupees, we can process full multi-currency transactions in USD, GBP, EURO and JPY settlement and we credit Merchant accounts after 3 working days. Merchants can also use the Internet Banking Facilities for keeping track of the movement of funds and also execute outgoing transfers.

Dedicated Team: Customer empathy is the core value of our services and our merchants are assigned dedicated and experienced Account managers that provide assistance on a 24 by 7 basis.

Security: SBM is constantly helping the industry to minimize online fraud and above all provide a comfortable level of protection to its merchants by proposing the latest security standards of Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay International (UPI) using the Verified by Visa (VbV), MasterCard Secure Code and UnionPay Online Payment (UPOP) to merchants.

Risk Management: We have a Proactive Risk Management system for identification of potential fraud coupled with 24/7 merchant hotline and a dedicated Chargeback and Fraud team that provide merchants with prompt information for Risk Management and Control.

System Ease of Use: SBM provides merchants with user friendly access to the Commerce Gateway that allows transaction query and monitoring, voiding and refunding of transactions. Our merchants have access to a reconciliation package to facilitate their accounting purposes.
